Michael is the founder and CEO of Axien Technology. He has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He has worked across a large swath of the energy value chain including Exploration and Production, Pipelines, Trading and Marketing, Refining, and Utilities. He has held leadership roles in professional services organizations and software companies assisting these energy companies execute large/complex system implementation projects.
Doug Wendler
Strategic Advisor
Doug serves as a strategic advisor to Axien. He has been working in leadership roles in software and professional services firms within the ETRM space for over 30 years and has managed organizations ranging from start-up companies to teams of 1,000+ employees. Most recently Doug created PositionPoint, an advisory firm aimed at assisting companies like Axien in setting up a foundation for profitable growth and then executing on strategies that support its growth goals.
