He has worked across a large swath of the energy value chain including Exploration and Production, Pipelines, Trading and Marketing, Refining, and Utilities. He has held leadership roles in professional services organizations and software companies assisting these energy companies execute large/complex system implementation projects.
Dirck Lowe
Managing Director, Endur Technical Services
Dirck serves as Managing Director at Axien Technology focusing on Endur Technical Services. He brings more than 25 years of experience and leadership in ETRM technical implementations, optimization, and support initiatives. His expertise includes Endur architecture, technical design, integrations, cloud modernization, and enterprise system deployments. Having held leadership roles across consulting and software services organizations, he specializes in helping clients maximize the value of their Endur investments while delivering scalable solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
Ed Fleming
Director, RightAngle Business Services
Ed serves as Director at Axien Technology focused on RightAngle Business Services. He has nearly 30 years of ETRM consulting and software experience, with leadership roles in ETRM services organizations including subject matter expertise, team management, and project management. His implementation expertise includes both RightAngle and Allegro software solutions.

Director, Business Development
Keri serves as Director of Business Development at Axien. She brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising and leadership across a diverse portfolio of industries. She specializes in identifying new business opportunities, building excellent relationships with clients and helping organizations scale and strengthen their brand in the marketplace. Strategic Advisor
Doug serves as a strategic advisor to Axien. He has been working in leadership roles in software and professional services firms within the ETRM space for over 30 years and has managed organizations ranging from start-up companies to teams of 1,000+ employees. Most recently Doug created PositionPoint, an advisory firm aimed at assisting companies like Axien in setting up a foundation for profitable growth and then executing on strategies that support its growth goals.
